This support is funded under Core Supports to build your social connections, increase your confidence, and expand your network outside the home environment.

Our focus is on meaningful engagement and fun. We provide the support and transportation needed for you to pursue your chosen interests and goals.
Attending social groups, clubs, or hobby classes (e.g., art, music, sport)
Accessing local resources like libraries, TAFE, or gyms
Support to participate in volunteering or paid employment
Developing skills for independence when traveling or shopping
Attending appointments and accessing essential services
Support to manage social interactions and relationships
Building capacity to plan and organize community outings.
What will my living arrangement look like with Community Participation?
This support is designed to happen outside your home. We provide dedicated support workers who assist you with transportation and engagement in your community.
